1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

✅ Full Refund: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Partial Refund: Items without tags or with minor wear may qualify for store credit.
❌ Non-Refundable: Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us – Email service@starqihang.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship It Back – Once approved, send the item(s) to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

  3. Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


2. Exchange Policy

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer one free exchange per order (within 14 days of delivery).

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Email Us – Contact service@starqihang.com with your order number and preferred exchange details.

  2. Return the Original Item – Ship it back in its original condition (tags attached, unworn).

  3. Receive Your New Item – Once we confirm the return, we’ll ship your replacement (free shipping for the first exchange).

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact Us Within 48 Hours – Email service@starqihang.com with photos/video of the issue.

  2. Free Return & Replacement – We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and send a new item immediately.

  3. Refund Option – If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
